Holistic Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
via Teletherapy (online / video counseling)
Now, get the help you need from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Telehealth / video counseling based in metro Milwaukee (Brookfield, WI) and serving Wisconsin and beyond.
And the great news? Online counseling is not only convenient but research also shows that teletherapy is just as effective as in-person counseling. Telehealth includes online counseling, video counseling, or phone counseling.
I offer the same holistic counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and anxiety treatment either in-office or via Teletherapy. So you can choose what works best for you.
UPDATE: In the interest of safety for all, I have temporarily transitioned my counseling practice to all Teletherapy – online video or phone counseling.
The impacts of COVID-19 are causing distinct stresses on individuals and families quarantined together. Different anxieties arise as we consider how we will transition out of the perceived safety of our homes and back into our communities.
I am here to provide the support and help you need to navigate this time. My specialty is (and always has been!) treating anxiety – and anxiety is more prevalent then ever at this time. Take advantage of my expertise. You don’t have to do this alone.

Do you take my insurance?
Most insurance companies are now covering Telehealth counseling services. I would be considered an out-of-network provider so some of your cost may be reimbursed by your health insurance company if you have out-of-network coverage. - Do I have coverage for Telehealth appointments for mental health services?
- What is my coverage for out-of-network providers?
