Inside Out Movie – Now on DVD

I HIGHLY recommend the recent movie “Inside Out.” The entire animated movie happens inside the brain of a young girl. Meet Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger and Disgust who are characters situated INSIDE her brain (and inside all of our heads!).

This movie is a fun and informative way to learn more about why you feel the way you do, and why you get upset or react to certain things. I call that getting “triggered” or “emotionally hijacked.” You’ll also understand how your emotions work (they are NOT random), and how your thoughts and emotions and past experiences are related…lots of good stuff, and entertaining!
